Brie Arthur of Brie Grows, aka Brie the Plant Lady, recently shared a video update on the front garden bed at her home in North Carolina. In her YouTube video, Brie said she has tried various combinations of different plants over the years in this annual bed, but this is her most favorite ever. She has mixed three varieties of the Treasure Island Sweet Potatoes as a ground cover underneath her Thailand Giant Colocasia. She utilized Kakura, Makatea and Tahiti for a triple treat! There are five varieties in the Treasure Island Sweet Potato family. All of them are incredible edibles as both tubers and leaves are edible. They can be planted in the ground or in containers.
