Description

Myrica ‘Soleil’ is a beautiful wax-myrtle with shiny golden-yellow foliage that will brighten up your garden. ‘Soleil’ is a well branched shrub with a rounded shape that, without pruning, can become 7’ tall and 10’ wide. It flowers in spring with white flowers. Plant ‘Soleil’ in a clay, loam, sandy, acidic of alkaline soil in a sunny spot. In the shadow, the foliage will turn more green. This wax-myrtle is excellent for borders, mixed containers, as a solitary and for landscaping. Prune in summer. USDA Zone 7.
